Your use of the Services requires you to bear risks for which we cannot be held responsible. We list some, but not all of these risks below:
• Hardware, software or connections required to interact with a crypto asset network might fail, or be exploited by malware, unauthorized access or malicious attacks. Third parties may obtain unauthorized access to the Services, including, but not limited to your public and private keys. Gxi.io shall not be responsible for any communication failures, disruptions, errors, distortions or delays you may experience when using the Services, however caused.
• Forks, unknown vulnerabilities in or unanticipated changes to the network protocol may cause losses to you or others. Gxi.io has no control over any crypto asset network and shall not be responsible for any harm occurring as a result of the inability to reverse a transaction, be it accidental or otherwise, and any losses in connection therewith due to erroneous or fraudulent actions.
• The risk of loss of value in using Services involving crypto assets may be substantial and losses may occur over a short period of time. In addition, price and liquidity are subject to significant fluctuations that may be unpredictable.
• Gxi.io and any supported cryptographic token and blockchain could be impacted by one or more regulatory inquiries or regulatory action, which could impede or limit the ability of us to continue to develop, or which could impede or limit your ability to access or use the Services or the underlying blockchain network. You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You release Gxi.io from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired any content through the Services.
You explicitly represent and agree that you understand the contents of this section and you further agree to hold us harmless for any losses or other harm you may incur from your use of the Gxi.io platform or any other use of the Services.
